Here is just one example how one of Vishen’s processes changed the day.
I'm sponsoring a book summit in two months but have not been able to force myself to invite the speakers I've selected. I tried time blocking (no help) and did a lot of work Inner work to clear a number of blockages, but I was still avoiding sending any invitations.

During Vishen’s block-clearing processes today, he had us tap into where the block was in our body. I immediately clutched at my solar plexus and doubled over. When I pulled the block out and examined it, I saw the limiting belief:
If I work with others in business, I will be gutted, destroyed, betrayed.

Yuk! No wonder I didn't want to invite any speakers to my book summit!
Following Vishen’s guidance, I was able to dissolve the block and have already sent out a half a dozen invitations. I am just getting warmed up! Yay!
