The biggest benefit I took was about understanding humans a bit better. Not only my personality traits (which on their own were deeply eye-opening) but also those of the "yes people" in my life. I cannot wait to start honoring their introvertisim, high neuroticism, or (extremely) high openness!
Mostly though, Magnetic Charisma gave me practical tips and tricks on how to reverse-engineer charisma in day-to-day life.
