Before this program, I was awkward speaking to new people. Thanks to this program, I now have tools to lean on when I’m flustered meeting new people and in new situations. I am conscious of my self talk and my tone of voice and hand gestures. And now my life is less stressful and more exciting and wanting to test my new skills on new people.
