I've been on Charlie's courses and workshops for the last 6 years. I absolutely fell in love with lucid dreaming and the amazing things we can do with dreams.  As a hypnotherapist and psychotherapist,  I use the teachings a lot with my clients in therapy, because sleeping and dreaming it's the next step from hypnosis.
