Thanks to this programme, I am committed now to do things that give me satisfaction and happiness. ...come out of my comfort zone and do things I have always wanted to do. For instance due to the Covid situation, have started driving around the city of Bangkok after having been driven around for so many years.....feel kind of empowered. I have realised that everyone has their own journey to tread so try to judge less and be more accepting. Thank u Kristina for this personal development.
