"I am here for me"
Live By Your Own Rules

"I am here for me"

I am a 47 year old woman. I am a wife and a mother of four adult children. I spent the first 30 years of my adult life doing what was expected of me. I raised our children while my husband served our nation. I worked around his life, his career, and his needs.
Somewhere along the way I lost myself. I am here to change my life, to discover who I am, and find my voice. I have come a long way, but I have a long journey ahead of me. I want to live an extarordinary authentic life. I am here to heal my trauma and rise from the ashes of my own destruction. I am here for me!
