"After the program I feel happy and contented"

This is a Medical doctor living in a superstitious and fully ignorant society.
My role in the hospital is to help people from poor socio-economical people with social insurance.
Every day work for about 8 hours a day where I get conscious from my clients that my medical knowledge is inferior to other professional.
It used to hurt me but after the program I feel happy and contented about my capabilities and my role is unique to every other person.
