Little Humans

"Thank you for teaching me challenges are not to be resisted but accepted as opportunities for positive change!"

After coming out of a 9-year abusive relationship with my son's father, I was struggling with my son's behavioral issues such as reactivity, hostility, tantrums, & more. Through this program, I learned that underneath the anger was insecurity. When I began to address with a response vs a reaction, my son's behavior began to deescalate. We've learned to take time outs to self regulate vs a punishment. In just 2 weeks, Ive seen a more happy, secure child (& mama) who is less reactive and willing to respond consciously. Thank you for teaching me challenges are not to be resisted but accepted as opportunities for positive change!
