I have dabbled into Mindvalley a few times over this past year. I signed up for the Little Humans because I have a lot of suppressed emotions about my ability to parent that are now being passed on to my grandchildren. During the program, I was continually blown away by the consistently uplifting and inspirational examples of life and support that were shared and discussed. In the added last segment, I got a visceral answer to something that was deeply troublesome but unnameable: the affect of saying/hearing: "no" vs. the affect of sayin/hearing: "yes". Since starting this course, during and ongoing, my communication with my children has improved dramatically. I feel compassion and there have been many more feeling/perspective sharing moments. Thank you for this expansion of my world.
