“When I made the decision to enroll in the lifebook quest I knew that I was stuck”

I made it!!! Congratulations to me and everyone else who completed the 30-day journey! The one area that I am crystal clear on that needed my undivided attention was my health & fitness. It was amazing to see that when I took "consistent" action it also had an impact on improving all the other categories. It has especially boosted my emotional and spiritual life. When I made the decision to enroll in the lifebook quest I knew that I was stuck. I was grieving the loss of my mom. I couldn't get through a day without feeling grief stricken. Going through this journey has awakened me in ways that I could not have imagined these past 30 days. I truly enjoyed Jon's videos, the quotes, the resources, the live calls and the love in the FB community. It felt good to share and to learn from others. I look forward to continuing this journey with Lifebook! [...]
