Before this program I have been really struggling with my career path. It's been very stressful and not satisfying. I've known for several years that I want to change up my life, but it's difficult to see how when you're in the middle of it. What I appreciate about Lifebook is that it forced me to focus on thinking about categories that I never would have thought about. Even though my main purpose of signing up was to focus on career, lifebook brought me to realization about how all these categories are integrated and each deserve importance and attention in order to succeed in all of them. So, I am very grateful for that and for forcing me to write out action steps in each of those categories.
