I have been into meditating for over 2 years. I do it daily and it has brought so many wonderful things into my life. I’m a different person. My closest people- my husband and my 3 children- could tell a huge positive difference in me!! That is my biggest reward!! On my journey over the last 2 years- my husband has seen the changes, but never really wanted to make any changes in his own life! At the start I tried to persuade him to do the same as I did- but he didn’t want to. After a while I gave up!! But there came the ripple effect...:)) A friend of mine told us both about Lifebook and we both looked at the intro and thought... hey, that’s something for both of us!! We have just finished the 6 weeks course and both loved it!! In the whole process my husband was the driving source!!! It was amazing!! And even so we have known each other for 24 years, it has bonded us even more!! It has been a wonderful journey together and we BOTH can’t wait to keep going together on this!! To keep forming and creating the life we both want- that’s our goal!! And the best thing... we are even more in love then before!!
