This was an incredible experience! The biggest take away for me right now is with health and fitness. Getting to my true "why" and seeing how it affects all the other categories has really impacted my habits. I'm already feeling leaner and stronger. I know I will continue to have aha moments as I take time to focus on each category in the future. Thank you for this valuable experience!
