I was aware of the power of my mind and thoughts, I was aware of the importance of health and well being, And many other subjects mentioned in lifebook. The key reward for me is I wasn't sure how to organize these things, and lifebook guide me through each step and cleared my vision. Now I am positive that everything is doable if I set my mind to and have a clear vision. I am forever thankful.
