I could say 1,000 amazing things about Lifebook, but I will focus on the most important ones. Through the course, I have learned that I am (not anybody else) 100% responsible for my life. Felt weird in the beginning to realize that, but at the same time, I felt like I got my power back! I became a superwoman again, and could implement that power to start changing my life as soon as the course started.
The course also helped me to heal emotionally, forgive myself for previous mistakes, choose my emotions on a daily basis, and move on to the future that is in front of me. I do not feel depressed anymore.
Thirdly, even though this program is mainly focusing on designing our future, it made it possible for me to live in the moment! I am no longer anxious cause I have my Lifebook – and I know I can always add things to it. I am a work in progress, doing my best every day, and there is nothing to be anxious about.
The main benefits of the above changes are: me waking up almost every morning feeling happy, and feeling like actually living through the day: it made me so much more focused on doing things I do want to do.
I am filled with hope and excitement for the future. My relationships are improving day by day, and most importantly, I love myself, and accept myself fully. I stopped comparing myself to other people – this program gave me my identity back, and I love that person! I would recommend this program to absolutely everybody that wants to have an exciting, self-designed life – and feel happy, now and in the future. :)
