I am somewhat of a self-help addict and before I found this system accumulated a wealth of wisdom from many different sources. This is one of a few systems I have found that has a balancing component as part of the system.
My life became more balanced each time I focused on one of the aspects required because I had neglected to pull everything together within a time frame and maintain all the important facets of my life equally.
Now I know without a doubt that understanding how to nurture my physical self has created the most balance, and now I am rapidly doing everything I can to heal my physical self as much as possible. It is too bad I waited till I was 64 to do it, but I am healthier than I have ever been. All aspects of my life are improving because of the attention I am giving to Health and Fitness alongside the other areas of my life.
