Cheers to Lifebook, to Jon& Missy, to Alex, to Vishen, and to all the people who worked and work behind the curtains to make this program the jewel that it is! Lifebook is an awesome journey to go through! It's a beautifully designed program to take you through 12 tremendously important areas of life, which are intrinsically interconnected and necessary to give thought to if you want a life of ease, success and fun. On the way, you will gain clarity and insight on your own values, aspirations, and goals, some of which you might have never even thought yet. Furthermore, it will give you a great deal of inspiration, and useful mind-sets on how you can achieve these goals, plus it will help you to put structures in place, which will definitely serve you to get to where you would like to be. What's absolutely beautiful about this program it's clear that Jon & Missy walk their talk. They are authenic people who clearly speak from experience, they don't beat around the bushes to tell you their truths, while still always giving room for you to choose your own way, and your own values. They have a remarkably beautiful synergy, and together, they embody such profound wisdom, which clearly comes across in the program, and all that just really made me want to listen to what they have to share. The program is designed so you can really focus on each step separately, giving you enough time to really go deep on each question. Honestly, at first, when I saw the masterclass, I thought to myself I could just do that process for myself; 12 categories, 4 questions- pretty simple. I could do it in 3 days. Let me tell you, I am so glad I chose otherwise and decided to go through that journey properly. I am in a major transition in my life now. I had to deal with a very complicated disease over the last 3 years, and, despite the doctors dire predictions, I have managed to get like 99% better. Having gone through this time definitely gave me an advantage to this program, because I had to spend a lot of time with myself, and had to get into the best mindset possible. But now that I am ready to go back into the world, I figured, this program might be of benefit, because I can use all the clarity I can possibly attain. I ended up putting in around 40 hours per week. I really went deep. What I've gained on the way is absolute clarity about my values, talents and capabilites. I now have strategies that I already use to make my day to day life better, and which will help me to reach my long-term goals. Within these 6 weeks my life already got better! My level of fitness and my intellectual capabilites improved, I've discovered an unprecedented thirst for learning and developing myself further, and I have clearly structured short- and long-term goals. Best of all, not only my life improved, but also the life of people close to me!! My mom and her husband started exercising and taking better care of their health! Their relationship improved, and also their relationship with the other kids and their friends! And, through a series of synchronicities connected to this process, I might just have found the root cause for the illness I had been dealing with over the last years. I am going in to take a blood test this afternoon. If it's that, I definitely will reach my goal of getting fitter than I ever was before! :D
Besides all that goodness, it's so good to know that people like Jon and Missy exist! People who have a noble cause, who come up with the courage to open up to the world, and who put in the work required, all to make this world a better place. You guys have my utmost respect, I am sincerely grateful to you and I love you! I really feel like I am in very good company here, and I appreciate you tremendously. I am so glad I stumbled across lifebook, and I am sure I keep this process in my life from now on.
All that being said, for the people who aren't sure if they do want to do this program- I'd say: If you want to gain more clarity about yourself and your life, and you aren't afraid to face it- JUST DO IT! There is a lot you will gain from this process. But, be aware, you might also lose some things along the way. For example habits that keep you from achieving what you really want, an unhealthy lifestyle, unhealthy relationships, or a job you're not really meant to be in.... After you've gone through this journey, I would say it's possible, you'll lose these, because, you can't undo consciousness, and what you learn in this process will be with you for the rest of your life. So, here's my heartfelt, sincere, grateful thank you to all of you who made this journey possible, for myself and everybody else! ALOHA (and I mean it:) Joy
