I took this quest 4 months ago. I have to say that it while not easy to keep the rapid pace of the quest, and how profound you should dig, there has been significant changes in my life. The most noticeable one is health and fitness and handling emotions. Still pending is going through the mastery course, which I am confident that it will bring to life many of the ideas I have put in paper regarding the different categories of my life. I thank Jon and Missy. It is remarkable the thought and commitment they have put into making this quest.
