"The universe listened to me and the next thing I know I am on my mat to do a 10minutes daily stretching yoga"

Due to pandemic conditions, I was forced to stop my exercise routines at my gyms, continued with some social distancing policy from government, that made me stuck at home. At some weeks I try many strategies on the exercises from one hour for three times (same as my previous routine) , and failed as its only works on day 1, but not day 2 etc. Second attempt I reduced the time also failed. And I gave up. Then Lifebook come to my life two months later. I decided to join because I feel this may what I need, to take time to think about my life and maybe I can fix my exercise habit as the starter. During its Health and Fitness category, I heard one strategy that may seems silly because its commit only 1 minutes exercise to build its habit and it works. This strategy really is my “AHA” moment. It made me realise that its not the long time that I want, I want to get sweating and start to think about how much time do I really need to have my self sweating? I started with 10minutes as my benchmark, because I know I will have time for 10minutes every morning. I then start look and searched for what 10minutes exercise would be, and the universe listened to me and the next thing I know I am on my mat to do a 10minutes daily stretching yoga movement till 30days. And now that I have finished the Lifebook online, I am still doing my 10minutes daily stretching and if I feel like to do more, I double it up. My next will be to be committed to my diet transformation and deeper understanding on the career that I plan to change.

And as I am supporting myself financially, the fear of this kind of failure was...
