Starting this Lifebook journey, I wasn't sure what to expect but thought this would be a fun way to spend my time during COVID quarantine. I was content with many areas of my life, but this book really opened up a lot more of my life. Throughout the Lifebook journey, I explored all the different categories of my life and was blown away by how much it cleared up and gave me visions for each category.
In each area, I was able to use my own voice to express what I wanted. I didn't use quotes or other people's suggestions, instead, I chose to search deep inside to see what I truly wanted. It was difficult at first, but, as time went by, it became easier and easier. I noticed a similar strategy, meditation, coming up in many categories. Just by meditating everyday will help with so many of my categories ( I think it was every one of them, now that I think about it. ), but I would have never understood that until I experienced the Lifebook. The six-week journey was amazing as I looked inside of my life a little bit more and listened to Jon and Missy's inspiration every week.
Lifebook was very transforming and gave me an opportunity to look at many areas of my life and create visions and strategies AND, most importantly, helped me to express MY voice. How amazing is that?!
