Before this program, I was still recovering from several years of anxiety and depression. I was generally good, but it was still a struggle every day.
The Lifebook came in a great moment when I was able to receive it and willing to put the effort to it. It felt like it was the missing part to a puzzle that I still had to figure out. As I move through the program, I started feeling better and better.
