Before this programme was introduced to me I was already becoming aware and living a more conscious life. The programme was a chance for me to reset certain aspects of my life which was not fulfilling me. Those categories with the help and guidance of Jon really helped me to put certain thoughts into perspective. The entire programme is simple and easy to follow, however the golden nuggets Jon shared with me has been life changing. Jon has given me real food for thought.
