My wife and I are both very driven individuals with a strong sense of purpose, but we have always felt like something in our lives was out of balance as we were always trading one thing at the expense of something else. I came upon the Lifebook course by chance on LinkedIn, as I have been a long-time fan of Vishen's since reading TCOTEM, and we subscribed to the Mindvalley Masterclass to learn more.
We were incredibly impressed at how structured it all was, and it resonated with us at a deep level.
So we signed up!
We have made time each week over the course to progress with our Lifebook at the pace of the course and have noticed a significant change to how we feel, how we think and how we act. The clarity we have been searching for is now built into our Lifebook, and we are excited for the journey ahead. We are far more mindful of our thoughts and actions, and we ensure that all 12 parts of our lives are healthy, growing, and in line with our purpose.
We will keep our Lifebook for life, reflect on it every day, and work on ourselves to get to our envisioned extraordinary selves. We have already recommended it to others as a truly transformative tool.
