I chose to start Lifebook because I felt it would give me a tool, tips and inspiration to bring more consciousness in my life.
In my day to day life I often experience feeling of lack of purpose, not knowing what best to do next, not having a clear vision of the future I want, no defined goals far in the future.
Lifebook give me lens with which to see my life through. With Lifebook I have learned that everything I experience belong to one of the 12 categories which we dived into during the program, I find it very usefull to know which they are. It has given a new weight to all I experience in my life. The biggest shift is to realise more and more that I have the power to build a life I am truly happy with, work towards it every moment.
I feel better equipped to do it with my Lifebook.
I enjoyed the company of Jon and Missy during the course. I find they are living example who lived their life to the max. They embraced both the material and spiritual side of life. They builded a strong career without giving up all the pleasures life has to offer. They dived deep into everything. Inspiration.
