Thanks to this programme I have started acknowledging that I have to take accountability for my life and that it all starts with little steps of planning and implementing. I am also more aware of my actions in questioning them and analysing them. I am not 100% there yet as some aspects of my life still feel imprisoned but at least I am aware and willing to start and do something. It is so difficult to contemplate that the life I want is possible and that usually lets me stay in a place of dormancy, I find that it is getting more and more uncomfortable to just let it be and accept that things are the way they are. I want more and I deserve more.
