Before this program I was already doing well on a phew areas of my life, but thanks to this program I became conscious about where I was lacking or unaware. Now my life vision on every area is more clear than ever! Sometimes it's still hard to push myself to do body exercises, but since I made detailed goals with strategies, I can still find the power and will to do so. I am forever gratefull??
