Before Lifebook, I was trying to set my goals and my beliefs but I didn't know how. So I was kind of lost. Thanks to Lifebook, I got the chance to organize my thoughts and everything in my head.

Thanks to Lifebook, I was able to be happier and more confident in myself for a few weeks but after that, it went downhill really bad and really fast. Because of my mental health, I couldn't focus on Lifebook and complete it. But I am pushing myself to complete it. And keep telling myself that I am feeling better by doing it. And now, I still want to complete it to at least say I gave it a shot but it will take time.
