Before the course, I only had vague images of what my future should look like. Now I have a specific goal for all the realms of life and an all-encompassing vision of life (my "North Star ;-)). That makes it a lot easier in everyday life to make decisions, to behave and do things like my life, like I wish it is useful. Ignoring the chocolate in the supermarket, giving my colleagues a nice word to say, cleaning up my apartment every day - all things that I had a little trouble with before.
Now that I know what I want and above all else why I want that, these little everyday habits have become much easier and happen almost automatically. Shaping your life in every moment (also, or especially in the small moments!) so that it fits your vision of life - that really gets you going Aim. Thanks to Jon and Missy for sharing their wisdom and this unique concept with humanity!
