I have found this course one big eye-opener, but also very confronting and I have been brutally honest with myself and... I have a lot of work to do. I now have a plan, and that makes it some much easier to start. I plan to take baby steps and i'm working on my health and love relationships. These are the categories I need to change the most. Thanks for all the wisdom!
