"Thank you for creating this wonderful self-development and self-actualizing program!"

Hello Jon, Missy & Mindvalley!

Before Lifebook, I had been doing few self-development courses which were really helping me and was already in upswing with my life. I had gained good tips and strategies to do more specific kind of actions. Even though I had gained some clarity, I still couldn't put it all together and integrate everything in my life or track and consistently follow the things I had been learning.

Thanks to Lifebook, I was able to improve the category which I was lacking most, life vision. I know that I will have about 2 years of school and even what I am doing in summer and some idea what I was about to do after graduation. But besides those, I didn't really know how my life would fold and couldn't connect the dots as I only had so little amounts of them. Because of Lifebook I gained more clarity in each category and then could merge them together creating more dots and clarity for my future life. I also did some breakthroughs in categories and in things and beliefs which were so close to my mind but I haven't understood them before. That was because of not deep enough thinking and without anyone else's questions which really got me thinking throughout the Lifebook quest. For example, I have always loved sports but somehow didn't like exercises and couldn't keep up with any exercise program. I always liked team sports etc. During quest I just told myself that I love exercising and good healthy lifestyle and suddenly within same week I started really enjoying my workouts. Now I workout in my home 3 days a week and look forward to next workout day! Also, it was eyeopening to realize how much we can actually affect our lives by even the little actions and thoughts that we can perform. Being more social in work could enhance for example social, emotional, intellectual, financial and career life.

And now, my future looks very bright for me. My life quotient rose from 95 to 122 and I got clearer life vision and balance and connectivity between categories. I understood how well categories complement each other. From now on, I will go through Lifebook categories again if new ideas and clarity would modify those a bit. I can now look at my goals easy and see my reasoning behind why I want them. While I am doing other self-development programs and gain new klnowledge, I can easily add those in strategy section of the Lifebook.

Thank you for creating this wonderful self-development and self-actualizing program!
