Antes que entrara a este programa yo no tenía claridad en varias cosas de mi vida, gracias a la estructura del programa he profundizado sobre la vida que quiero, sobre la vida que creo, sobre la vida que amo. Gracias a haber realizado este desafío me siento mas consciente y feliz, porque tengo una guía fabulosa para continuar escribiendo mi libro de vida, conocer las 12 categorías me ha permitido ver la vida de una manera más amplia, comprendiendo que todas las categorías se relacionan entre si.
