Prima di questo programma ho frequentato molti percorsi di crescita personale. Partecipare a Lifebook mi ha permesso di focalizzare tutti e 12 aspetti della vita, di capire che sono fortemente connessi fra di loro. Ho anche capito di aver raggiunto un buon livello di consapevolezza alla “quasi” fine della mia vita lavorativa. Questo percorso è senz’altro utile, possibile nonostante i diversi impegni della vita perché non troppo impegnativo. Grazie per averlo creato e per dare la possibilità di poter partecipare.
