Before Lifebook, I found it difficult to plan more than a year ahead--in any area of my life. There was a part of me that believed I was limiting the possibilities by being too concrete. And so my life moved forward at the jerky pace of someone learning to drive a manual transmission. Start, stop. Start, mooove, jolt to a stop.
Thanks to Lifebook, I now understand that the clarity and structure of designing my own life from the foundation actually give me so much freedom. My life vision takes the many fragmented pieces of my life's journey and brings them together beautifully, allowing me to see five, even ten years, into the future.
