Thanks to Lifebook, I finally took the time to sit and reflect deeply about my life, the way I used to do it. For over 3 years, I have been dealing with life struggles, transitions, and health issues, one after the other. There was no downtime. I am now ready to go back to live an intentional life. After leaving a 20-year long relationship and being a full-time mother for 15 of these years, redefining who I am and what I want through the Lifebook was all I needed! Going through all the categories helped me re-create an expanded and congruent vision for my new life. Through Jon's explanation, I was able at times to stop myself from being in my own way.
