Thanks to Lifebook, I finally took the time to sit and reflect deeply about my life, the way I used to do it. For over 3 years, I have been dealing with life struggles, transitions, and health issues, one after the other. There was no downtime. I am now ready to go back to live an intentional life. After leaving a 20-year long relationship and being a full-time mother for 15 of these years, redefining who I am and what I want through the Lifebook was all I needed! Going through all the categories helped me re-create an expanded and congruent vision for my new life. Through Jon's explanation, I was able at times to stop myself from being in my own way. This supported me to be bolder with my goals and choices, which in turn kept the hope for a bright future like I used to dream of when I had more affluence in my married life.
