Before Lifebook, I lacked clarity on my life vision and had identified only bits and pieces of what I needed to do to in each category to move towards that my dream life. I lacked structure to organize my thoughts, strategies, purpose for each category. I had conflicting life goals and struggled with prioritization - trying to do all things in multiple categories simultaneously, resulting in overwhelm and frustration.

My husband and I are now aligned on what we need to do to get from here to there. It's not as scary or as nebulous as we once imagined it to be. It's very doable with our current skill sets and working together as a team to get there.

Powerful. I can get behind it 100% because it is my very own thoughts, words, feelings, mission.
