Before Lifebook, I was floundering, looking for a structured way to clarify the direction for my life. Doing Lifebook has not only provided the clarity I needed, but my husband and daughter also got on board. Doing it together has improved my relationship with them tremendously. Since Lifebook, I feel more hopeful, directed, and I know my life will continue to improve as long as I continue to follow the plan.
