Before Lifebook, I was dealing with Health issues (anxiety (mainly due to financial life), lower back pain (sciatica), constipation) but was not able to fully focus on these areas due to lack of balance and clarity. Thanks to Lifebook, I took control of my life and focused on my health on priority basis while getting clarity of other categories too. I learnt about the money & gratitude & my anxiety vanished; now I know how to navigate. Health issues improved when I started the exercises & improved my diet. Reading books on health & diet to take my health to next level. With better health I can now focus on other areas of my life & be the person I wanted to be. I want to thank Jon and Missy from the bottom of my heart for sharing their wisdom and knowledge. Keep on doing good work guys; my best wishes are with you!!
