"Life Book was the most in-depth phenomenal exploration of your interior self and exterior goal setting that I have ever encountered". It ought to be called life journey because it has forced me to look at all the aspects of my life including some areas which were otherwise neglected and feel good about those that were not. I cant praise this course enough, or Jon & Missy's approach to presenting this to us and supporting us through the process My only criticism is not having time enough to explore the many additional suggestions, reading material, smoothie recipes, on line programmes or new people, gurus etc and other on line programmes or new people it led us to, I would have liked the opportunity to do those things which would have allowed me more of a deep dive than surface exploration in some areas. on reflection i ought to have printed it off though I didnt realise the access would be gone for good once i'd asked for the refund and that's the first opportunity I had to do those extra things , once i'd completed the full 22 sessions. I'd highly recommend it, and moving on to the next stage which regrettably I was not able to do this time. I'll see you again next year for the full completion. and more of a deep dive than surface exploration in some areas. Ok, so I just wrote/deleted a very non-committal review of the LifeBook Online. But, I realized that by doing so I am not living full out and also not respecting the time that Jon and Missy have given to make this available to all of us. Here is the full on truth from my perspective....

"... I have a unified clear vision of my life in the long-term that I work towards."

When I was in the last year of my PhD, I suffered a major depression because of the workload of the PhD and being isolated from the landlady in the house I was living in. Because of that, I had to learn that pure science research is not for me. But I was lost, with no direction to go, and fr...
