LIFEBOOK was amazing. It helped me look at areas of my life that I never thought of and ask questions I never thought to ask. I also completed Longevity Blueprint and this was incredible. I was able to do this throughout my 5 month recovery from a major surgery. I customized it, increased myself and was able to return to work at full force!!!
