I started Lifebook having ended a relationship. I was so eager to start my life again. I am already a relatively happy optimistic person, but I was just cruising along. I know I can be happier. Lifebook taught me how to get there in a structured systematic way. Thanks to Lifebook, my score shifted from 98 to 126! My eyes are on the prize, the life that I truly deserve.
