"Lifebook has really helped me put my own needs and self-care first."

As a self-employed single mother, I was constantly putting other people first. I was tired, grumpy, drinking a bit too much, and feeling low and stressed out. Lifebook has really helped me put my own needs and self-care first. I am now exercising 5 days a week, have quit drinking altogether, have set clear, empathetic limits with my child, and am consciously enjoying time with friends. I have a clear, achievable financial plan which will allow me to really take care of myself in the future, and can see the possibilities for my future in a way I have never experienced in my life! My life vision is now so powerfully inspiring, and at the same time familiar, as if I've always known that's where I was going. Thank you so much for this journey and the clarity and space to really define what is right for me in my life.
