Lifebook has really helped me put a lot of my life in perspective, really think about all the categories of my life and set a plan for how I am going to go after my dream life, make the changes, set my dreams and goals and push forward. Lifebook has shown me all that I should feel grateful for and what I have to look forward to as well. I wake up excited to live my life - which is a new feeling for me! I workout everyday, I read outside my comfort zone, I feel good about myself and I listen to a new podcast every day!
All of these changes in 6 weeks - I can't wait for the rest of my life to continue!
