Before Lifebook I felt like every aspect of my life was falling apart - and I couldn't keep up with trying to piece the different bits back together and never really managing to find real meaning in my day to day. Lifebook is the first real personal development program I tried, and at first I was quite apprehensive as this isn't reall my thing.
Lifebook has really helped me put a lot of my life in perspective, really think about all the categories of my life and set a plan for how I am going to go after my dream life, make the changes, set my dreams and goals and push forward. Lifebook has shown me all that I should feel grateful for and what I have to look forward to as well. I wake up excited to live my life - which is a new feeling for me! I workout everyday, I read outside my comfort zone, I feel good about myself and I listen to a new podcast every day!
All of these changes in 6 weeks - I can't wait for the rest of my life to continue!
