Lifebook has helped me put all of the thoughts and desires that I have into one organized method that sets me up to succeed and stay on track. It has given me a structured program that I can use to keep myself accountable and check-in to see if I'm living the life that I want. I have found the process very usable and useful, and the finished product is a fantastic tool that I can use for the rest of my life.
