"Lifebook has been a great reminder of how I used to live before children"

I was very anxious, I lacked self-confidence and my health needed attention. I have been studying for five and a half years and it was draining. I am a mother of two beautiful children but I struggled as a single parent without employment, which effected every area of my life.

When I realised how ALL categories rely on one another, and how many times I put my children first before anyone else...….. So clear now that what affects me is going to effect the children. When I'm/partner happy the children will be happy!

Now that I have time to focus on me, I changed my eating habits, cut out most processed foods, enjoy yoga four times a week and generally feel much better (not as fatigued). Not as anxious, self-confidence is improving and feeling grateful. Lifebook has been a great reminder of how I used to live before children (listening to my intuition).

I don´t think I have that a dramatic story to tell, although pretty dramatic stuff have happened to me over the last 4 years: In only 2 years I had lost first my 17 year old dog, then in 3 months-time a brain tumor took away my father (one of the most important persons in my world), then...
