Before I attended the program, I did not have much clarity of my life as I struggled and tried to cope with things that pushed me in a variety of ways. It was frustrating. 
Lifebook gifted me with a way to think, evaluate and plan my life in the various categories. I’m happier now as I have more clarity about myself and my life. As a result, I’ve a blueprint to refer to as i embark on things that’ll positively affect my life from now on. Thanks to Jon and Missy.
