"it will benefit everyone to get to know themselves better."

A. My biggest struggle was to find my life purpose. After years of being an expat wife and mum, I wanted to find a new way to contribute to the world.
B. My mental shifts during Lifebook was a higher awareness. For the last 6 months I have been more awake and aware of my own thoughts than ever before.
C. During my Lifebook process, I found my life purpose and I am now weeks away from being a certified RTT hypnotherapist.
D. I would recommend everyone from young to old to do the Lifebook because no matter where you are in your life the process will make you evaluate your thoughts, habits, direction etc. And it will benefit everyone to get to know themselves better.
