We only live once, why not live it extraordinarily? This is what I learned with stronger conviction while doing Lifebook. I'm an IT professional, a mother to two beautiful kids and a wife to an amazing husband. I was happy to where I was but I always felt like I'm not living to my full potential.
Right after I finished the health and fitness category, I jumped right in to fasting and has lost 5 kgs since. I became more conscious of every aspect of my life and how I would like to live it. Before Lifebook, I just went into my day doing what I think I need to do for the day without any long term vision aside from setting up funds for our kids' education and for me and my husband's retirement. I know I want to live by the beach but I never pictured it so vividly as what I have done while I am envisioning my future after creating my life vision. It was like suddenly I have this North Star that will guide me on which way to go. Initially, I wanted to finish the course on time so I could process my refund.
But after going through Lifebook, I felt that the program and the community that I belong to was more than worth it and I have to push forward. I owe it to myself, to God, and to the people I love that I become the best version of me. And with that, I'm uploading here my vision for my health and fitness.
