I already have a very satisfying life in most areas, but, when doing the program, we realize how we can improve in all of them, how we don't look well at most of them and how we do not bring awareness to most of the decisions we have to make in our lives. It was better than I expected and have a lot work to do now. One of the best things that I saw during the program, is that everyone wants almost the same thing. To have the best in our lives, we must be a really good person and this means good not only for ourselves but to everyone, so this really can help make the world better
