Before Lifebook, I knew I had some tools to get better and have a nice coherent life but I didn't quite know how to manage to get these tools working. Now I know that I just have to be methodological about this and dedicate time and planning. It's like project management for myself and now I know that my life can also contain projects and goals I'm working towards. A lot of stuff started to manifest already and I'm very happy about the changes. I know if I stay rigorous I'll be on the right path and it calms my mind and gives me confidence. My assessment score went up with over 100% just because I have a system now to think about what my goals are and how my life is.
