Before Lifebook, my Lifebook life quotient was 45 (critical), after Lifebook now is at 132 (Extraordinary). Not only that it drastically increased my overall quality of life, but it also helped me to clearly define what kind of relationship and life I would like to have. It helped me to harness the courage to make changes and allowed me to put in strategies and rituals to make it come true.
